Sharon Scully was born and raised in British Columbia. After high school, she worked as a dental assistant until she and her husband Denys started their family and Sharon decided to be at home with their children full time. Her chosen vocation as a homemaker was extremely rewarding, albeit difficult at times. Sharon was forced to search for information and develop skills that were not always readily available to her. In addition to raising their own three daughters, Sharon and Denys also hosted many international students (mostly girls) in their home for over 13 years. Between her daughters, their friends, and her international students, Sharon has been “mom” to many young women and girls over the years.

In addition to earning her college degree, Sharon has also engaged in many other meaningful forms of education in an effort to become the best person, wife, and mother she can be. She is passionate about supporting other women as they seek to succeed personally and relationally, and she volunteers a great deal in her local church by working with women individually and leading group discussions.

As the wife of a police officer and pastor, Sharon has had to learn how to navigate the many challenges inherent in keeping a marriage and family culture stable under the strain of those taxing professions. She recognizes that there are many women who, like her, are navigating the same pressures she has experienced, and she is committed to helping them succeed. For this purpose, Sharon became a certified Live on Purpose Coach. As your coach, Sharon will combine her rich life experiences as a wife, mother, leader, community volunteer, and friend to assist you in becoming the best version of yourself that you can be.
